Faux Locks Protective Style

For all of those that know me, you know that I like to change my hair style quite frequently. But this time around since I did cut my hair, I am trying to focus on maintaining a style for at least 4 weeks minimum. I had my HerGivenHair in before this style but decided to change it up a little before my weave reinstall. So I decided to do something fun and edgy and thought of faux locks. I installed this by crochet braiding them and the style took under 2 hours. Here are some pics:

I was finally able to get my hands on this bad boy after refusing to go through another wash day without it. Ladies & gentlemen tonight I am going to introduce you to the brand Aquis. The product that I own from this company is called Lisse Luxe Hair Towel which is a microfiber hair towel which dries hair in such a short amount of time. I swear to you I had this towel wrapped around my hair for no more than 10 minutes and after my hair was only damp. I am sure if I would have kept it on longer my hair would of been dry completely but due to the fact that I was in a rush 10 minutes was all I had. But that was enough time for me to actually see if the product worked or not and please let me tell you it does. There is even a waffle luxe hair towel for more course hair (I probably should definitely own this one). The description specifically says African hair or Asian hair. Angry Review

Normally I do not like to put people's businesses down but I am BEYOND disappointed with an experience that I did have this weekend. If you are in NYC, Manhattan to be exact please DO NOT EVER order from MAMA'S RESTAURANT. I had to wait 3 whole hours for my food. What type of shit is that? I am just disgusted at this experience. Too disgusted to really go on much further with this post. I tried to get my money back but since they did end up delivering it I could not. There was one delivery guy that night & I know that he was probably busting his ass trying to get all of these orders out so what kind of heartless person would I be to just deny the food? But thanks to seamless' great customer service I did get some seamless cash. So I have $7.01 to spend within the following year. It may not seam like much but lord knows that this will come in handy one day.

Covergirl The Super Sizer Mascara

I swear to you guys I don't think that I have ever loved a product so much. After one use of this, I immediately put down my usual go to mascara and replaced it with this one instead. My eye lashes have never looked so full and noticeably amazing. This will definitely be my staple mascara for now on and it only retails for about $7 which is not expensive at all compared to all the other brands out here. The reviews on it are mixed although I am sitting here reading them and wondering if myself and the other reviewers were using the same product because I feel it is simply amazing. I believe you can pick this up at your local drug store. I strongly recommend you to give it a try.

Forever 21 Faux Patent Leather Boots Review

Today I will be doing a review on boots I brought maybe late August. This review is way over due but while shopping on their site, I came across them and became upset all over again. I must say that these boots are affordable and very cute, but when wearing them for the SECOND time, the whole bottom came off. Words can not describe how embarrassing I felt, to walk back to work from my break with the whole bottom of my shoe flopping and making a noticeable sound when hitting the ground. When my shift was over that day, I went back to Forever 21 and they told me there was nothing they can do because I already wore them. Bullshit. One thing I love about The Gap is thier exceptional customer service. A man brought in a pair of pants from months prior and complained that the button popped off. I know for a fact that he wore them A LOT because they were his favorite pair of pants. So what did we do at The Gap? We told the man to go grab another pair of pants because that's what you're SUPPOSED to do. I understand that F21 has crappy quality but crappy customer service as well? My God, choose one.
